An accessory that holds an external temperature probe inside a buffered container, so fridge, freezer and cold-room readings follow the temperature of the stored product rather than the air. Short spikes caused by door openings or defrost cycles are smoothed out, which reduces false alarms. The result is a temperature record that better reflects what vaccines, medicines and food actually experience. Place the buffer on a shelf next to the stock, insert the probe of a NARA temperature sensor, and let the platform log readings and send alerts only when conditions genuinely drift.
