A Bluetooth LE temperature logger with a 4-wire Pt100 RTD probe and Class A accuracy, for measurements that standard sensors cannot handle. The ultra-low temperature version measures from −200 °C to 200 °C for cryogenic storage, freezers and process lines. The food-grade version covers −40 °C to 180 °C for cooking, pasteurisation and cold-chain checks. It stores 20,480 readings locally, runs about 3 years on a 2,700 mAh battery and supports password-protected configuration. Data flows through a gateway to NARA for alarms and compliance records.
